Megközelítés: 2-es metró (Stadionok állomás), 1-es villamos, 75-ös, 77-es és 80-81-es troli, 95-ös, piros 130-as, piros 144-es és a 161E autóbuszjáratok áll meg kb. 50-100 m-re a Rendezvényközponttól. Közel van a Stadion helyközi autóbusz pályaudvar. Rövid sétányira ( vagy 1 metró megállónyira) található a Keleti Pályaudvar.

Résztvevő csapatok (várhatóan): Fehéroroszország, Bulgária, Dánia, Grúzia, Nagy-Britannia, Magyarország, Luxemburg, Hollandia, lengyelország, Portugália, Románia, Szerbia, Szlovénia, Svédország, Svájc

Lebonyolítás: A 15 résztvevő csapat egy hármas és három négyes csoportba kerül. A csoportmérkőzésekre szerdán, csütörtökön és pénteken kerül sor. A négy csoportgyőztes szombaton a rájátszásban dönt arról, hogy mely két csapat jut be az áprilisi Világcsoport-rájátszásba. A csoportok utolsó helyezettjei szombaton arról döntenek, hogy mely két csapat esik ki az Euro/Afrikai Zóna II. csoportjába, a helyosztókat pedig szintén szombaton játszák.

Expected Nations: Belarus, Bulgaria, Denmark, Georgia, Great Britain, Hungary, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland

Format:
• Fifteen (15) teams are currently scheduled to compete and they will be drawn into four (4) Round Robin pools, one(1) pool of three(3) teams and three (3) pools of four (4) teams.
• The winner of each pool will play-off to determine which two (2) nations will be promoted to the World Group II Play-off in April 2008. The two (2) teams with the highest Nations Ranking will be drawn against the other two (2).
• The nations in last position in each pool will play-off to determine which two (2) nations will be relegated to Zone Group II in 2008. Again the two (2) teams with the highest Nations Ranking will be drawn against the other two (2) teams.
• Play-offs for all the remaining teams will also be played.
